Coalfield development has always been in the prospecting stage, and it has not been officially mined or sold. The main reasons for the lack of formal mining are that the official mining license has not been approved by the government; Secondly, the special railway line to the mine could not be completed until June 1951, so it would be difficult to transport a large amount of mined coal. Thirdly, when the local forest area is being developed, less coal is used for industry, and the forestry residents use wood for heating, while less coal is used for civil use.
